Campus TA Trainers Group

The TA Trainers Meetup Group is a community of staff members who design and lead training programs for teaching assistants at all levels—from individual courses to campus-wide initiatives. We meet monthly to exchange ideas, share resources, and discuss challenges and strategies related to TA development. At some meetings, a member volunteers to share a resource or training activity for feedback, and other times we focus on group conversation around a special topic or theme.

The group is highly interdisciplinary, and anyone from across campus is welcome to join. Whether you’re coordinating a department-level orientation or running a university-wide program, you’ll find valuable insights and connections among peers who are passionate about supporting TAs.
